Terms and Cancelation Policy for Accommodations

--31 days or more prior to the start of the immersion, you may request a full refund of your accommodations and meals minus a $50 administrative fee

--30 days or less prior to the start of the immersion, refunds are no longer possible unless your rooming reservation is refilled, in which case you may request a refund minus a $100 administrative fee

--NOTE on Double Room accommodations: Double Room accommodations will be automatically be upgraded to a Single Room accommodation and a required payment of the price difference will be due if there is no one else sharing the room.
